The Eicosanoid Research Foundation and the International Winter Eicosanoid Conference are excited to announce their first joint conference, scheduled for October 8-10, 2025, at the Natcher Conference Center, located on the main campus of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland.
This event will coincide with the renowned conference series on Bioactive Lipids in Cancer, Inflammation, and Related Diseases, which began in 1989 with its inaugural meeting in Detroit, Michigan. Over the years, the series has been hosted in various locations worldwide and has gained recognition for showcasing groundbreaking research on the role of lipid mediators in physiological and pathological processes.
With over 30 years of success, this biennial series has consistently provided an invaluable platform for global collaboration and the exchange of knowledge. The conference aims to foster interdisciplinary approaches and encourage new research initiatives, emphasizing the role of bioactive lipids in health and disease. Topics include their impact on cancer, inflammation, and inflammation-associated diseases such as cardiovascular disorders, diabetes, hypertension, neurological conditions, psoriasis, Alzheimer’s, and dermatological diseases.
